GENERAL These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and you. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully. We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions. Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.

STONE COLOURS While we try to represent as accurately as possible the colours of our stones, because they are all natural, there may be some slight colour variations. Me Encanta does its best to make sure all items supplied are as close as possible to the website descriptions.

WEBSITE IMAGES Whilst we try to represent as accurately as possible the product you receive is the same as the image on the website, there will be occasions where there are some slight differences. In the main, these are slight modifications to the back of the design and will not affect the size, appearance or quality of the product.

CUSTOMER ORDERS We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. To order goods on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. All orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by email. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted, and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in person or by telephone or by e-mail.) When deciding whether or not to accept your order, we may use certain information about you, including any information received from credit reference agency checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason, and may invite you to pay by another method.

PRICES The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order, whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if, due to an error or omission, the price published for the goods is wrong, whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and allow you to cancel the order. All prices are exclusive of delivery charges, which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed. From time to time, the prices displayed on our website may be different if you are directed to it from a third-party website. Purchases at these prices can only be made on our website and by arriving on it through a relevant third-party website. Prices, offers, and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer you an alternative. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error, we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES AND GIFT VOUCHERS From time to time we may offer Promotional Discount Codes/Paper Gift Vouchers (either supplied directly or via a third party) which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this website. Such Promotional Discount Codes/Paper Gift Vouchers may only be applied to purchases of full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts. Only one promotional Discount Code/Paper Gift Voucher can be used per transaction. Promotional Discount Codes/Paper Gift Vouchers can only be used against full price items. Postage costs do not constitute a full-priced product and therefore cannot be included in, or applied towards the gift card voucher amount. If the value of your Gift Voucher is less than the value of your basket, then you will need to make up the difference to complete the order. Paper Gift Vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of receipt.

ME ENCANTA E-GIFT CARDS / E-GIFT VOUCHERS Redeemable online at meencanta.co.uk, our new E-Gift Cards/E-Gift Vouchers  are ready to be used as soon as they arrive in your recipient’s inbox. You are free to choose your own value up to £500 to send, and you also choose the date you want the recipient to receive the gift. Purchasing the digital gift card creates a unique code. Simply enter this code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from the order total. Any balance left on the E-Card/E-Voucher will be kept on record and can be used time and time again until the balance is zero. Please note the E-Card/E-Voucher is valid for 24 months from date of purchase. These E-Cards/E-Vouchers can be used on sales items, featured and promoted products and can be used in conjunction with other coupons. They can not be exchanged for cash and any balance outstanding will be lost after the expiry date.

ORDER PROCESSING Once we have received your order and payment, we will pick, pack and dispatch the item. We will aim to do this the same day for all orders received by us Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) by 1 pm, after that time they will be dispatched the following working day.

ORDER TRACKING You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into My Account from the Home page on this website.

SECURITY (PAYPAL) We use the industry-leading internet payment company PayPal to protect your card details and protect you from fraud.

LAW These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
