Return/Refund Policy

UNWANTED GOODS

Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer’s expense in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and not worn. To ensure we offer the best customer service, please complete our Contact Form with your details, and we will send you a unique reference number to quote.

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods when you receive them, we will exchange or refund them if we are notified within 3 days of the goods being delivered. They should be sent back at the customer’s expense in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and not worn within 14 days from the date of purchase, together with the original receipt. Sadly, earrings are exempt from this for reasons of hygiene unless they are broken.

We suggest that for your protection, you use Royal Mail signed for post and ensure the item is suitably packed, as we can not be held responsible for items which may have been damaged whilst in transit. We are unable to accept returns that have not been agreed to before shipping.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods. Please note we cannot refund postage or packing charges, or any tax and duties payable outside the U.K.

Items purchased in a Sale ot the Me Encanta Outlet are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange.

Any goods with manufacturing defects during the warranty will be replaced or refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

FAULTY GOODS

All items are guaranteed for one month. In the unlikely event of the item being faulty, and to ensure we offer you the best service, please email us first with all your details and we will send you a unique reference number to quote with your goods and an address to return them to. 

We will be happy to exchange or refund the goods. The items should be returned to us in secure packaging with a copy of your unique reference number. Only Goods in their original packaging will be credited. Once your returned item has been received, we will notify you by email. We will endeavour to issue a refund within 3 working days; however, please allow 3 – 5 working days for the refund to appear back on your original payment method.
