Delivery Policy

DELIVERY TIMES- UK

Our delivery policy is that we try to process all orders as quickly as possible and aim to dispatch them within 1 – 3 working days, although we can post out sooner. If your order is received before 1 pm on a working day, and you have paid for Next Day delivery, then we will dispatch your order on the same day. Any orders received after this cut-off time will be posted out the following day. We will advise you once your order has been dispatched. If you have any specific delivery requests, please add a note to your order or e-mail us.

(Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays.)

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which are normally dispatched 1 – 3 working days after the order is placed or by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed next day.

If your purchase is £99 (UK) or £149 (OVERSEAS) or more (not including discounts/promotions offers) then delivery is FREE*

For all deliveries, a signature may be required. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.

DELIVERY TIMES – EIRE, CHANNEL ISLANDS, EUROPE (EXCLUDING GERMANY and FRANCE) & REST OF THE WORLD

These orders will be sent out by Royal Mail International Tracked service wherever possible, or by International Courier. 

Shipping time is 1 – 3 working days from the date of order. (Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or UK Bank Holidays.)

*All delivery times are quoted from the day of posting and may be subject to Customs delays, which are outside of our control.

ITEM OUT OF STOCK

We try to ensure that on our website, we only offer items for sale that we have in stock; however, if an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of the delay. You will be charged ONLY once for delivery if subsequent items are out of stock.

We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.

DISCOUNT/PROMOTION/GIFT VOUCHERS

Your discount/promotion/gift voucher code has to be entered in the box which states ‘Have a coupon’ within the order summary section. Only one discount/promotion/gift code can be used per order. Please check the discount/promotion/gift voucher’s terms and conditions, as each varies.

OVERSEAS VAT and IMPORT CHARGES

Please note that for deliveries outside the U.K., you may be charged import duties and/or tax, which must be paid before delivery. Before your order can be delivered, your customs authority will contact you if duty is payable. For specific charges, please contact your local customs authority. We shall not be liable for any delays or charges resulting from import duties or taxes.

AVAILABILITY

All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours. If you are ordering goods that are out of stock, we will dispatch them when they have been made, according to our delivery policy.

On occasion, goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed, and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods in our delivery policy are approximate only.

We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods.

Regrettably, we do not deliver to Germany, France, or BFPO addresses.
