Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer’s expense in original packaging and condition and with a copy of the invoice. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail. To ensure we offer you the best service please email us first with all your details and we will send you a unique reference number to quote with your goods and an address to return them to. If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer’s expense in new resaleable condition within 14 days from date of purchase along with the original receipt. All items are guaranteed for 3 months. Sadly earrings are exempt from this for reasons of hygiene unless they are broken.
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will be happy to exchange or refund the goods. The items should be returned to us in secure packaging with a copy of your dispatch note and invoice. Only Goods in their original packaging will be credited. Once your returned item has been received we will notify you by email. We will endeavour to make the refund immediately
